Give 1 and 1/2 tablets to chew every 4 to 6 hours as needed
Not more than 5 times a day.
Give 2 tablets to chew every 4 to 6 hours as needed

Not more than 5 times a day.
Give 4 tablets to chew every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
Not more than 5 times a day.
Give 5 tablets to chew every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
