Not recommended to use for this weight.
But usual dose is:

7.5 ml (1 and ½ teaspoonful) 3 times a day on the first day, then maintain with 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) after an unformed stool.

Maximum of 4 teaspoonful (20 ml) in 24 hours.
